Our Golden Kraut is our newest recipe that infuses a variety of Indian herbs including the anti-inflammatory turmeric root. With hints of aromatic, spice and sweet this kraut can be used as the main seasoning for a meal.

Shelf Life:
An unopened jar of Kraut is shelf stable and can be kept in your pantry for up to a year. Once opened, keep it refrigerated and consume within one year of opening.

When opening your jar for the first time, open slowly over the sink in case any of the brine leaks out as the pressure is released.

Ingredients: organic cabbage, organic turmeric, organic ginger, organic mustard seeds, organic spices, unrefined sea salt
